San Diego Biomedical Research Institute is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and technical support in issues regarding the management of this Institute. The Administrative Assistant will help with tasks like tracking security and other training associated compliance, coordinating and monitoring laboratory and standard equipment servicing and buying, upgrading the site and public relations materials, organizing meetings and travel for your institute along with also the CEO, and helping with other general responsibilities.

The situation is an administrative entry chance for somebody who might have restricted administrative/office expertise but who has an interest within the specialty. The Administrative Assistant chance is a complete time position.


Candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related area from a four-year university or college. Knowledge and experience with computers and applications – email, Word, Excel, and the internet are critical.
