Customer Service:

Job Summary
Acts as liaison between client and sales or manufacturing division. Receives customer purchase inquiries regarding potential, present, and previous orders. Maintains daily upgrade of production program and keeps customer informed of standing of their occupation by doing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Obligations

• Talks with clients by telephone or in person about purchase demands and collects manufacturing printing specification for printing job.
• Fills outside pre-production purchase specification shape, detailing perimeters of printing job.
• Coordinates the managing of customer pre-press substance and specifications to publish job.
• Coordinates the preparation of all written quotations and suggestions.
• Maintains daily upgrade of generation program, noting any deviations.
• Handles telephone inquiries for occupation status, quotes, orders, changes, and complaints.
• Keeps salesperson educated about project status and issues.
• Provides client with dispatch confirmation.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.

Supervisory Obligations
This job has no supervisory duties. Carries out behavior and leadership responsibilities according to business policies, processes, security, and related laws.

Qualifications

Education and/or Expertise
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED): or 3 to six months related training or experience in print procedures; or equal mix of education and expertise. Strong abilities in job planning, scheduling and has to have great decision of colour, layout, and print quality.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and specialized processes. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, clients, customers, and workers.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar charts.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral directions. Ability to manage problems involving a couple of concrete variables in regular scenarios.
