Blue Nile is currently searching to get a Diamond and Jewelry Consultant who’s excited for an exciting opportunity to combine our retail Webroom in Simon Roosevelt Mall at Garden City, NY. The perfect candidate knows the white glove civilization and also has a passion to educate clients about jewellery purchases. A Diamond and Jewelry Consultant in Blue Nile is outgoing, enthusiastic and strives to assist others. The organization’s Client Service aim is to improve and develop the brand link experience for clients. Diamond and Jewelry Advisors do so by being professional, accessible, enthusiastic, and interested in a profession that produces a”Jeweler for Life” connection with Blue Nile.

Obligations:

  • Demonstrate outstanding Customer Support and always develop your product awareness to educate clients
  • Help create and maintain a Shop culture focused on the client, improve the buying experience and build relationships that lead to long term company development
  • stressing the Blue Nile Difference, instilling confidence and trust in our new
  • Proactively follow up on all work requests in Blue Nile’s service level criteria
  • Effectively solve complex customer support challenges, finding solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Communicate precise information and establish clear expectations for clients, ensuring that an on-brand Blue Nile encounter
  • Proven capability to economically and efficiently browse through each of computer programs
  • Strong attention to detail and Higher ethics
  • Constantly maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualification:

  • Previous retail sales or customer support experience needed
  • Mandarin Chinese fluency highly favored
  • Jewelry experience a bonus but not mandatory
  • Excellent social, creative problem solving, organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work within deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong pc, typing/keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility and openness to adapt to scheduling needs, especially through retail peak seasons
  • Licensed to operate in the U.S
