Prior sales experience is very good, but isn’t a must have. Successful State Farm Agent is looking for a qualified professional to join their winning team for the function of Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member (Sales experience preferred). We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our company grow through value-based discussions and outstanding customer experience.

Insurance Sales Representative Obligations
•Create leads, schedule appointments, identify customer requirements, and promote appropriate services and products.
•Function together with the broker to set up and meet marketing objectives.
•Utilize a client-focused, needs-based inspection procedure to educate customers about insurance choices.

Insurance Sales Representative Prerequisites
• expertise (external sales or within sales representative) preferred
•Successful History of fulfilling sales goals/quotas favored
•Outstanding communication skills – written, listening and verbal
•Detail oriented
•Skill to multi-task
•Ability to make presentations to prospective policy holders
•Bilingual – Spanish favored
•Property & Casualty license (has to Have the Ability to obtain)
•Life & Health license (has to Have the Ability to obtain)
