Service Administrator – Silver Spring MOCO Branch of LEN THE PLUMBER!!
We’re looking for a talented, highly organized and resourceful Service Administrator to give professional management, administrative, operational, clerical, and customer service support to our own MOCO Team of Service Technicians. This is a Complete Time Hourly place: Monday – Friday Day Change. Back-Up Dispatcher duty, also!
Required Experience & Ranking Details
This Service Administrator position will work closely with the Divisional Manager, Service Managers and Dispatchers on our lively MOCO Service Team. You’ll have to be a decent multi-tasker, as duties will change throughout each day per week. There’ll be some routine / regular responsibilities like preparing revenue / performance reports for every group, scheduling licenses and inspections, helping the staff with project reconciliations, and helping with special projects on a regular basis.
Duties & Conditions will even include but not be Limited to the next:
Must have Advanced computer skills – MS Office / EXCEL
Expertise with other Software apps ( Inventory, Scheduling etc) favored
Schedule contracts for technicians to get prospective dates
Pull licenses from multiple counties for function
Track time sheets, places and programs
Confirm Technician programs
Support Technicians in the field by providing customer advice
Issue Purchase prices for pipes and technicians as required
Dispatching/Support Dispatch and audit service tickets
Give KPI’s (Performance Data) to supervisors and divisional managers
Schedule routine fleet upkeep
Uniform and other distribution orders and issuances
I-Pad Tablet/phone issuances for new tech begins
Payroll supervision and corrections
Organize meetings/communications for technicians
First contact for client resolution issues
Provide administrative assistance for the Divisional Supervisor
Trained for a rear -upward dispatcher – strong computer skills and Fantastic communication
Articulate and practitioner, patient and optimistic mindset
Will also support the Significant projects Connected to the Sewer & Excavation Team by producing KPI reports, monitoring customer prospects, and follow-ups
Qualified applicants will have at least five (5) years of powerful administrative support experience in a client -focused surroundings. Service business a plus!
